Retirement Village

Golden Years Retirement Village offers independent senior living with dynamic amenities and the reassurance of supportive care. It is designed for seniors who want the privacy and independence of their own apartment and also appreciate the benefits of being part of a friendly, safe and secure community.

The Retirement Village is comprised of 58 apartments and while there are a variety of floor plan styles, each has its own bathroom and kitchen with range, refrigerator, and microwave. For peace of mind, emergency pull cords are located in all units immediately connecting each room with Golden Years’ exceptional nursing staff in case of an emergency.

Fees for the Retirement Village are determined by the size of the unit chosen, and the number of occupants. The monthly service charge covers the resident’s room, a daily “home cooked” buffet dinner, emergency assistance, social service advocacy, apartment maintenance, housekeeping services, refuse removal, planned activities, outings, local transportation, cable television service, wireless internet, and all utilities except telephone.
