Health Care Center

Golden Years Health Care Center provides Medicare certified skilled nursing care. By design, the Health Care Center is warm, comfortable, and non-institutional. Also by design, we serve 28 residents at a time. The small capacity and high staff to resident ratio ensures our ability to get to know each resident individually and respond to resident needs promptly and appropriately.

Resident rooms are either private or double occupancy, often with a shared wash room for every two rooms. Health Care Center rates are based on the type of accommodation and the level of care required to meet the needs of the resident. The basic room rate includes nursing services, basic care, all meals, snacks, personal and flat laundry service, housekeeping, social service intervention, cable television service, and wireless internet. Extra care charges are assessed to residents who require interventions or supplies that are greater than what is included in the basic room rate.
